Integral Medical Massage

About Us

Our Approach

Integral Medical Massage’s mission is to assist individuals in their healing process using a whole-body approach. Healing takes time and persistence and our offerings will contribute to accelerating the restoration of your overall health and wellbeing. Your mind and body are craving your attention!

Why integral? Integral means to integrate the whole and its interconnected parts. As individuals, there are many factors that contribute to our health and wellbeing, such as diet, movement, rest, relationships, work, and more. When one is out of balance, it affects the others.

At Integral Medical Massage, we combine multiple natural modalities from medical and therapeutic cases to treating imbalances in an individual. General tension, concussions, serious injuries, anxiety, and headaches may not be permanently relieved through one massage or yoga session, however cell regeneration is stimulated when the body and mind are in a deep state of rest.

At Integral Medical Massage, we understand that we live in a fast-paced society and are prone to constant stress, whether at work or at home. The best gift you can give yourself is creating the space to slow down and move your attention inward with the help of a health professional.

Meet the Team

Swedish, Thai, Reiki, Volcanic Stone Massage, Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage, Concussion Therapy, and Scar Therapy.

Tina is the owner of Integral Medical Massage and The Ashiatsu Room. She has a passion for helping people heal from pain. She felt moved to try a career in massage and it wasn’t until her training that she discovered that she naturally finds the right spots in people’s tissues.

She has been certified in Massage Therapy for 15 years and studied various techniques  to adapt to the client’s bodies and needs. Some of her techniques include Swedish, Thai, Reiki, Volcanic Stone Massage, Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage, Concussion Therapy, and Scar Therapy. She incorporates techniques such as acupressure and deep tissue and plays with the senses, using aromatherapy and hot stones to ground her clients into the present moment.

Tina is also a Certified Level II Yoga Therapy Teacher with 500 hours of training and offers yoga therapy in parallel to bodywork to educate her clients on their mind and body and to give them the tools to heal themselves.

Alissa is a graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute and has been practicing massage since 2011. She loves working with clients that suffer from headaches and migraines: this can involve scalp massage, intricate massage work around the neck, shoulders, pectoral region and upper back. She is newer to Ashiatsu and enjoys having the ability to provide a deeper pressure for those that prefer it. Alissa strives to provide inclusive effective care while utilizing a variety of modalities and techniques tailored to the client’s expectations. Her goal is to help clients find balance through relief and relaxation.
